How it works

1. Order & brief. Upload a clear photo and tell us about your song — names, the occasion, a music style and 2–3 sentences of your story.
2. We create your song. Within 2 working days we write two versions of your song and email you a private link.
3. Engraving starts straight away. Your photo and a QR code are engraved while you choose — your order is never held up waiting for the song.
4. You choose. Listen to both versions on your private page and pick your favourite. Please choose within 7 days — if we don't hear back we'll pick the best version for you so your order ships on time.
5. Your keepsake. The QR code on your jewellery always opens the same page. After you've chosen, that page shows your song, the lyrics and a download link. You keep the audio file for good.

In your price: 2 song versions. Want an extra version in a different style? We can add one after your order for £20.

Delivery time

This is a made-to-order keepsake. Typical timeline: 2 days to write your song, up to 7 days for your choice, then 2 days for engraving and dispatch. Please allow for this when ordering for a specific date.

The photo

The photo can have any background, but it must be sharp and in focus. We'll email you a one-colour preview of how it will look before we engrave — nothing is engraved until you're happy.

  • Everyday wear – Polished stainless steel is water, sweat and heat resistant, so handwashing, rain and daily life are fine.
  • Gold & rose gold finishes – These are plated. To keep the colour rich, take the piece off before swimming, showering, and applying perfume, lotion or hairspray.
  • Clean gently – Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid abrasive cloths and jewellery dips.
  • Store dry – Keep it in a cool, dry place, ideally the pouch or box it arrives in.
  • Made to order – Every piece is engraved and finished for you after you order.
  • Production time – Usually ready to ship in 1–4 working days; allow 3–4 working days in busier periods. Need it sooner? Choose the 24h Priority option at checkout and we'll move your order to the front.
  • Tracked delivery – Sent with tracked shipping and a tracking link by email. Express courier is available at checkout.
  • Check your details – Please double-check spelling, dates and measurements before ordering — we engrave exactly what you enter.
  • Returns – As each piece is personalised, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we've made an error — in which case we'll replace it or refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
  • Engraved in the UK – Every order is personalised and finished here before it's sent.
  • Surgical-grade steel – Hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel, chosen for strength and everyday wear. Gold and rose gold are plated over the same base.
